This specific channel is loved not only for the way it distorts but for the way the low end has a full woody sound. Sampled with ‘Prismsound Orpheus’ precision you will not be disappointed. Provided in 192 khz, 96 khz and 44.1 khz. 33 presets. Library size is 785 MB. 10 distortion kernels. Please note that these require a fully licensed Nebula Pro license to enjoy. Four Liverpudlian musicians changed the audio recording landscape in the 60s. EMI began development of in house hardware that found a home in Abbey Road, recording studio of many a successful artist. The foundation of this library is based on a genuine vintage EMI microphone amplifier section that I managed to track down. A custom made and modified unit optimised for modern recording, it has a 50 Ohm /200 Ohm preamp section and a DI/Line level input. Making your audio full, warm and with a subdued high end to cure harsh highs if you’re looking for something really close to the EMI REDD 47 preamps/ amplifiers, then this may help you get a little closer.

This is a nice quick mix set sampling of a 1u rack mounted channel strip that has four modules. This sampling is the whole module from DI to Output with tweaks to cover smooth Jazz. It is Part of a series that I am exploring based primarily on the smooth jazz of a band called Fourplay, a collection of some of the finest jazz musos ever recorded. After listening tests to many of their reference recordings and tweaks to emulate the curves to get similar results, load and listen to your kick take on a subtle but polished feel. Known for being punchy and present. This modern AyPeye flavour of a vintage hardware is quite something to mix with giving you the sound of many rock albums ITB. Use in conjunction with the other modules for a full console experience where desired. Mixing drums just got a little easier.
