Spirit Canyon Audio is proud to announce Sanitarium, a library of dark and twisted impulse responses geared towards more aggressive and exotic forms of electronic music. Sanitarium is the first themed Spirit Canyon Audio library and is aimed at creating dark textures, deep ambient backgrounds and harsh reverberations. Sanitarium takes the user on a tour through a strange, and somewhat sinister, early 20th century asylum for the mentally impaired, providing a wide range of impulse responses to capture various aspects of such an establishment. The impulse responses in the Sanitarium library can achieve many varied effects and can be used on virtually any sound to create deep, dark drones, harsh rhythmic reverb, and many other effects. All of the impulses responses are in full 24-bit resolution.
Spirit Canyon Audio is proud to announce Kaleidoskopy, the long-awaited companion product to our ground breaking impulse response library Spectral Relativity. Where Spectral Relativity is aimed more at creating evocative and shifting ambient soundscapes, Kaleidoskopy is geared towards producers of more traditional music genres, especially music that has fixed tempos. It is also well suited for vocal processing and processing of acoustic instruments or other non-synthesized instruments (such as electric guitar), as the majority of impulse responses are of limited duration. Finally, all Kaleidoskopy impulse responses are in full 24-bit resolution. The result is an innovative and vast collection of impulse responses, which producers and musicians of nearly any style will find compelling.
SIR2 is an easy to use native audio-plugin to use for high quality reverberation. It’s available for the plugin formats VST and AudioUnit. It offers zero-latency processing with low CPU-consumption and non-destructive audio processing of impulse responses. SIR2 includes high definition impulse responses (HDIR) of *real* places produced by Pinguin, Hamburg. You can also use various impulse responses from free or commercial sources.
